966. Promise: God lifts your burdens and sustains you daily.

“Praise the Lord; praise God our savior! For each day he carries us in his arms.” (Psalm 68:19)

967. Promise: God covers you with favor as a shield.

“For you bless the godly, O Lord; you surround them with your shield of love.” (Psalm 5:12)

968. Promise: God removes every stumbling block from your path.

“Build up, build up, and prepare the road! Remove the obstacles out of the way of my people.” (Isaiah 57:14)

969. Promise: God leads you out of darkness and gloom.

“Some sat in darkness and deepest gloom… ‘Lord, help!’ they cried… He led them from the darkness and deepest gloom.” (Psalm 107:10–14)

970. Promise: God restores your health and heals your wounds.

“I will give you back your health and heal your wounds,” says the Lord. (Jeremiah 30:17)
