Promises of Deliverance 841-845

841. Promise: God restores what was stolen and repays with increase.

“I will give you back what you lost to the swarming locusts.” (Joel 2:25)

842. Promise: God delivers those who are weak and defenseless.

“He rescues the poor from trouble and increases their families like flocks of sheep.” (Psalm 107:41)

843. Promise: God delivers from shame and lifts the humble.

“He lifts the poor from the dust and the needy from the garbage dump.” (Psalm 113:7)

844. Promise: God shows compassion and deliv- ers those who fear Him.

“The Lord is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him.” (Psalm 103:13)

845. Promise: God removes the chains of injustice and breaks every yoke.

“Free those who are wrongly imprisoned… Let the oppressed go free, and remove the chains that bind people.” (Isaiah 58:6)
