Promises of Deliverance 846-850

846. Promise: God gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.

“He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.” (Isaiah 40:29)

847. Promise: God will never leave you nor forsake you.

“For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6)

848. Promise: God opens prison doors through worship and praise.

“Suddenly, there was a massive earthquake… all the doors immediately flew open, and the chains of every prisoner fell off!” (Acts 16:26)

849. Promise: God gives freedom where His Spirit is present.

“For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” (2 Corinthians 3:17)

850. Promise: God rescues from the power of darkness and transfers us into the Kingdom of His Son.

“He has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son.” (Colossians 1:13)
