766. Promise: God’s people are welcomed and strengthened through fellowship.
“When we arrived at Jerusalem, the brothers and sisters received us warmly.” (Acts 21:17)
767. Promise: God uses unexpected people to bring order and peace.
“The city clerk quieted the crowd and said, ‘Fellow Ephesians, doesn’t all the world know that the city of Ephesus is the guardian of the temple of Artemis?’” (Acts 19:35)
768. Promise: God provides encouragement through the fellowship of believers.
“The brothers and sisters there had heard that we were coming, and they traveled as far as the Forum of Appius to meet us.” (Acts 28:15)

“My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love.” (Colossians 2:2)
