756. Promise: God’s presence is with you in every storm.
“But now I urge you to keep up your courage, because not one of you will be lost; only the ship will be destroyed.” (Acts 27:22)
757. Promise: God uses His servants to bring hope and encouragement.
“I urge you to take some food. You need it to survive. Not one of you will lose a single hair from his head.” (Acts 27:34)
758. Promise: God brings peace and encouragement to His church.
“After Paul and Silas came out of the prison, they went to Lydia’s house, where they met with the brothers and sisters and encouraged them.” (Acts 16:40)
759. Promise: God’s people are welcomed and strengthened through fellowship.
“When we arrived at Jerusalem, the brothers and sisters received us warmly.” (Acts 21:17)
760. Promise: God uses unexpected people to bring order and peace.
“The city clerk quieted the crowd and said, ‘Fellow Ephesians, doesn’t all the world know that the city of Ephesus is the guardian of the temple of Artemis?’” (Acts 19:35)
