Promises 1011-1015

1011. Promise: God’s light will break through darkness.

“The people who walk in darkness will see a great light.” (Isaiah 9:2)

1012. Promise: The Lord gives rest to the weary and strengthens the weak.

“I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.” (Jeremiah 31:25)

1013. Promise: God removes fear with His perfect love.

“Perfect love expels all fear.” (1 John 4:18)

1014. Promise: You are protected by God’s shield of favor.

“Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield.” (Psalm 5:12)

1015. Promise: God delivers those who take refuge in Him.

“The Lord is a shelter for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.” (Psalm 9:9)
