Day 4 – I Am Loved
6:00 a.m. Wake-Up Prayer (When Your Eyes First Open)
Promise: “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning.” — Lamentations 3:22–23
Declaration: According to Lamentations 3:22–23, I declare God’s love surrounds me with fresh mercy and unfailing faithfulness as this new day begins.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, as I awaken, I thank You that Your love and mercy never run out. Holy Spirit, flood my heart with an awareness of Your presence and help me rest in the certainty of being loved. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: As you rise, place your hand over your heart and say aloud, “God’s love never quits on me.” Let that truth guide your first thoughts of the day.
9:00 a.m. Morning Prayer (Breakfast Hour)
Promise: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.” — Jeremiah 31:3
Declaration: According to Jeremiah 31:3, I declare I am loved with an everlasting love—nothing can separate me from it.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for drawing me close with Your kindness and grace. Holy Spirit, help me walk today in the security of being completely loved and accepted. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: Throughout your morning, when you feel pressure or doubt, whisper, “I am loved with an everlasting love.”
12:00 p.m. Noon Prayer (Lunch Break)
Promise: “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” — Romans 5:8
Declaration: According to Romans 5:8, I declare I am deeply loved—Christ’s sacrifice proves my worth and secures my value forever.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for loving me before I ever loved You. Holy Spirit, remind me that the Cross settled every question about my worth and identity. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: During lunch, pause to thank God for His love shown through Jesus. Then tell someone, “You are loved by God.”
3:00 p.m. Afternoon Prayer
Promise: “Nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” — Romans 8:38–39
Declaration: According to Romans 8:38–39, I declare nothing—no failure, fear, or force—can separate me from God’s love today.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that Your love is stronger than anything that comes against me. Holy Spirit, empower me to abide in Your love and extend it to others. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: When discouragement tries to come, speak out loud: “Nothing can separate me from the love of God!”
6:00 p.m. Evening Prayer (Dinner Hour)
Promise: “The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty One who will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you by His love.” — Zephaniah 3:17
Declaration: According to Zephaniah 3:17, I declare the Lord rejoices over me, quiets me with His love, and surrounds my home with peace.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for delighting in me. Holy Spirit, quiet my heart tonight and fill my home with the sound of Your peace. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: Before dinner, pause for a moment of stillness. Let God’s presence quiet your heart and simply say, “You delight in me.”
9:00 p.m. Night Prayer (Before Sleep)
Promise: “The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me.” — Psalm 42:8
Declaration: According to Psalm 42:8, I declare the Lord’s lovingkindness will rest upon me, and His song of love will fill my night.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for loving me through every moment of this day. Holy Spirit, sing over me as I sleep and fill my dreams with the melody of Your love and peace. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: As you lie down, listen for God’s song in your spirit. Whisper, “I am loved completely, eternally, and unconditionally.”
