Day 3 – I Am Forgiven

6:00 a.m. Wake-Up Prayer (When Your Eyes First Open)

Promise: “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” — 1 John 1:9
Declaration: According to 1 John 1:9, I declare this new day begins clean and covered by God’s mercy. His faithfulness forgives and washes me completely.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, as I awaken, I thank You for Your mercy that is new every morning. Holy Spirit, remind me that I am fully forgiven and made righteous in Christ. Help me walk free from guilt and shame today. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: When a regret or past mistake comes to mind, stop and say aloud, “I am forgiven and cleansed by the blood of Jesus.”

9:00 a.m. Morning Prayer (Breakfast Hour)

Promise: “As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.” — Psalm 103:12
Declaration: According to Psalm 103:12, I declare my sins are removed beyond recall; I am free to live in grace and joy.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for removing my sin so completely. Holy Spirit, fill me with gratitude that outweighs every memory of failure. Let joy replace heaviness. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: Forgive yourself out loud today. Say, “I let it go because God already did.”

12:00 p.m. Noon Prayer (Lunch Break)

Promise: “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.” — Isaiah 1:18
Declaration: According to Isaiah 1:18, I declare that through Christ I am made pure, clean, and radiant in God’s sight.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for the cleansing power of the blood of Jesus. Holy Spirit, renew my mind to see myself as You see me—pure and accepted. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: Look in the mirror at midday and speak this truth: “I am washed, I am loved, I am new.”

3:00 p.m. Afternoon Prayer

Promise: “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.” — Romans 8:1
Declaration: According to Romans 8:1, I declare condemnation has no voice or power over my life; I stand in the freedom of grace.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that You never condemn me. Holy Spirit, silence every accusing thought and fill me with bold confidence in Your love. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: When self-criticism arises, pause and say, “There is no condemnation in Christ — I am free.”

6:00 p.m. Evening Prayer (Dinner Hour)

Promise: “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” — Ephesians 4:32
Declaration: According to Ephesians 4:32, I declare I will walk in forgiveness toward others because Christ has forgiven me completely.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for forgiving me so generously. Holy Spirit, help me release anyone I hold in offense and fill my heart with compassion. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: Before dinner, think of one person you need to forgive. Speak their name to God and release them with the words, “I forgive as I have been forgiven.”

9:00 p.m. Night Prayer (Before Sleep)

Promise: “Blessed are those whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered.” — Romans 4:7
Declaration: According to Romans 4:7, I declare I am blessed, forgiven, and covered by grace. My night will be filled with peace and dreams of restoration.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You that I am fully forgiven and hidden in Christ. Holy Spirit, as I sleep, heal every wounded memory and fill my dreams with Your comfort and hope. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: Before bed, write down one way you experienced God’s mercy today and thank Him for it. Then rest, knowing you are forgiven and free.
