Day 17 – The Gift of Faith

Scripture

“To another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles.” — 1 Corinthians 12:9–10

Promise

The Holy Spirit imparts supernatural faith that believes God for the impossible and sees mountains move.

Quote

“The gift of faith is not just believing for yourself—it’s God’s own faith rising in you to accomplish what only He can do.” — Dr. Daniel LeBlanc

Devotion

The Gift of Faith is one of the Power Gifts of the Spirit. Unlike saving faith (which every believer has) or the fruit of faithfulness (which grows in character), this is a supernatural surge of confidence given by the Spirit in a specific moment. It enables a believer to trust God so completely that the impossible becomes certain. In Daniel 6, when Daniel was thrown into the lions’ den, it was more than his natural courage—it was the Spirit’s gift of faith that shut the lions’ mouths. In Acts 27, Paul stood on a storm-tossed ship and declared with unshakable confidence, “I believe God that it will be just as it was told me” (v. 25). That was the gift of faith at work.

This faith is different from positive thinking or optimism. It’s the Spirit’s faith rising within you, producing absolute assurance that God will do what He has spoken. It often results in healings, miracles, or bold declarations that shift atmospheres. When you say, “Hello Holy Spirit, I welcome You,” you are inviting Him to infuse you with His faith. It may come in a moment of crisis, when natural faith would collapse, but suddenly you just know—deep in your spirit—that God has already done it.

Let’s make some application now. Where do you need supernatural faith? Is there a situation that feels impossible—healing, provision, family breakthrough, or ministry need? Pray, “Hello Holy Spirit, I welcome You. Fill me with Your gift of faith.” Then speak out loud what God has promised, standing in His assurance.

Declaration

I am baptized in the Holy Spirit, and I walk in supernatural faith. Today I say, “Hello Holy Spirit, I welcome You. Rise within me with unshakable confidence, and let mountains move in Jesus’ name.”

Prayer

Hello Holy Spirit, I welcome You. Thank You for the gift of faith that moves mountains and sees the impossible become reality. Fill me with bold confidence in Your Word. Help me to believe beyond what I can see and to declare Your promises with power. Let my faith bring glory to Jesus and release breakthroughs for others. Amen.
