Promises of Deliverance 911-915

911. Promise: The Lord stands beside His people and delivers them from trouble.

“But the Lord stood with me and gave me strength… And the Lord will deliver me from every evil attack.” (2 Timothy 4:17–18)

912. Promise: God redeems from destruction and crowns with lovingkindness.

“He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies.” (Psalm 103:4)

913. Promise: Jesus has overcome the world—bringing peace and deliverance to us.

“Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)

914. Promise: God delivers from the grave and grants joy instead of mourning.

“You have turned my mourning into joyful dancing. You have taken away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy.” (Psalm 30:11)

915. Promise: God lifts us out of despair and gives us a firm place to stand.

“He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along.” (Psalm 40:2)
