Promises of Deliverance 856-860
856. Promise: God rescues from trouble and sets our feet in a spacious place.
“He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me.” (Psalm 18:19)
857. Promise: God saves completely those who come to Him through Christ.
“Therefore he is able, once and forever, to save those who come to God through him.” (Hebrews 7:25)
858. Promise: God delivers from distress when we humble ourselves before Him.
“Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress.” (Psalm 107:13)
859. Promise: God opens doors no one can shut.
“I have opened a door for you that no one can close.”(Revelation 3:8)
860. Promise: God removes guilt and shame, clothing us with righteousness.
“I have taken away your sins, and now I am giving you these fine new clothes.” (Zechariah 3:4)
