621. Promise: God promises to guard His people, ensuring they will not stumble, and always watching over them without rest.
“He will not let your foot slip—He who watches over you will not slumber.” (Psalm 121:3)
622. Promise: God promises to uphold jus- tice for the poor and needy, ensuring their cause is supported.
“The Lord secures justice for the poor and upholds the cause of the needy.” (Psalm 140:12)
623. Promise: God promises to protect His people, acting as their shield and honor, lifting them up when they are in distress.
“You, O Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high.” (Psalm 3:3)
