Promises 1226-1230

1226. Promise: You are protected by God’s mighty power.

“And through your faith, God is protecting you by his power until you receive this salvation.” (1 Peter 1:5)

1227. Promise: God answers when you cry for help.

“I called on the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and he saved me from my enemies.” (Psalm 18:3)

1228. Promise: The Lord bends down to listen and hears your prayer.

“Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath!” (Psalm 116:2)

1229. Promise: He saves you because of His mercy, not your deeds.

“He saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy.” (Titus 3:5)

1230. Promise: You are redeemed from the curse through Christ.

“But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law.” (Galatians 3:13)
