Promises 1176-1180

1176. Promise: God saves those crushed in spirit.

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.” (Psalm 34:18)

1177. Promise: The righteous will never be shaken.

“Such people will not be overcome by evil. Those who are righteous will be long remembered.” (Psalm 112:6)

1178. Promise: God is your refuge and strength.

“God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.” (Psalm 46:1)

1179. Promise: The Lord goes before you to lead and protect you.

“The Lord himself will go ahead of you. He will be with you.” (Deuteronomy 31:8)

1180. Promise: He renews your youth like the eagle’s.

“He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle’s!” (Psalm 103:5)
