Promises 1171-1175

1171. Promise: He gives peace to those who trust in Him.

“You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you.” (Isaiah 26:3)

1172. Promise: The Lord is your strength and defense.

“The Lord is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.” (Exodus 15:2)

1173. Promise: God’s grace is sufficient, and His power shows up in weakness.

“My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

1174. Promise: He delivers you from fear of man.

“Fearing people is a dangerous trap, but trusting the Lord means safety.” (Proverbs 29:25)

1175. Promise: He gives courage to those who wait on Him.

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous.” (Psalm 27:14)
