Promises 1046-1050

1046. Promise: He is your helper; you need not be afraid.

“The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear.” (Hebrews 13:6)

1047. Promise: God delivers you from the dominion of darkness.

“He has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son.” (Colossians 1:13)

1048. Promise: God will make your enemies stumble and fall.

“When evil people come to devour me… they will stumble and fall.” (Psalm 27:2)

1049. Promise: God brings victory through obedience.

“If you listen to these regulations and faithfully obey them, the Lord your God will keep his covenant of unfailing love with you.”

(Deuteronomy 7:12)

1050. Promise: God satisfies the longing soul and fills the hungry.

“For he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.” (Psalm 107:9)
