Promises of Deliverance 941-945

941. Promise: God strengthens and sustains us in times of sickness.

“The Lord nurses them when they are sick and restores them to health.” (Psalm 41:3)

942. Promise: God is a stronghold in the day of trouble for those who trust Him.

“The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him.” (Nahum 1:7)

943. Promise: God protects your coming and going now and forever.

“The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.” (Psalm 121:8)

944. Promise: God sets a guard over your life and delivers your soul.

“The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection.” (Psalm 18:2)

945. Promise: God gives light to those in darkness and rescues them from despair.

“The people who walk in darkness will see a great light.” (Isaiah 9:2)
