Day 7 – I Am Blessed

6:00 a.m. Wake-Up Prayer (When Your Eyes First Open)

Promise: “The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.” — Proverbs 10:22
Declaration: According to Proverbs 10:22, I declare the blessing of the Lord is upon me—it enriches my life with joy, peace, and purpose without sorrow or regret.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, as I awaken, I thank You for the blessing that rests upon my life. Holy Spirit, open my eyes to see Your goodness in every detail of this day and help me walk in the abundance of grace. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: Before starting your day, speak this aloud: “The blessing of the Lord is working in me and around me today.”

9:00 a.m. Morning Prayer (Breakfast Hour)

Promise: “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.” — Deuteronomy 28:3
Declaration: According to Deuteronomy 28:3, I declare I am blessed wherever I go—my environment changes because the blessing travels with me.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that Your blessing is not confined by location. Holy Spirit, let favor surround me in every place I set my foot today. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: As you travel or move through your morning, quietly say, “I carry the blessing of God into this place.”

12:00 p.m. Noon Prayer (Lunch Break)

Promise: “The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season.” — Deuteronomy 28:12
Declaration: According to Deuteronomy 28:12, I declare heaven’s treasure is open over my life—God’s timing releases divine provision and opportunity.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for the open heaven above me. Holy Spirit, align my heart with divine timing and pour out blessing in its perfect season. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: At lunch, thank God aloud for one area where you’ve seen His blessing rain down recently, even in small ways.

3:00 p.m. Afternoon Prayer

Promise: “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.” — Psalm 23:6
Declaration: According to Psalm 23:6, I declare goodness and mercy are following me right now—divine favor is tracking my every step.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that I am never outside Your goodness. Holy Spirit, help me notice Your mercy in motion and respond with gratitude throughout the day. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: When something unexpected happens this afternoon, say, “Surely goodness and mercy are following me even here.”

6:00 p.m. Evening Prayer (Dinner Hour)

Promise: “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord.” — Jeremiah 17:7
Declaration: According to Jeremiah 17:7, I declare my trust is in the Lord, and because of that, I am blessed beyond limitation.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that blessing flows from trust. Holy Spirit, deepen my confidence in You and quiet every anxious thought with assurance in Your faithfulness. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: During dinner, share one way you’ve seen God’s faithfulness this week—acknowledge that trust is the seed of blessing.

9:00 p.m. Night Prayer (Before Sleep)

Promise: “You, Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.” — Psalm 5:12
Declaration: According to Psalm 5:12, I declare I am surrounded by favor like a shield—God’s blessing protects me through the night and prepares me for tomorrow.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that Your favor surrounds me even as I sleep. Holy Spirit, fill my dreams with revelation of how blessed I am in Christ, and remind me that Your favor never fades. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Challenge: Before closing your eyes, whisper, “I am blessed, I am favored, and I rest in His goodness.”
