Promises 1366-1370

1366. Promise: He is your hiding place in times of trouble.

“You are my hiding place; you protect me from trouble. You surround me with songs of victory.” (Psalm 32:7)

1367. Promise: He carries your burdens daily.

“Praise the Lord; praise God our savior! For each day he carries us in his arms.” (Psalm 68:19)

1368. Promise: He gives grace to the humble.

“And he gives grace generously. As the Scriptures say, ‘God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.’” (James 4:6)

1369. Promise: He keeps His covenant of love.

“He lavishes his unfailing love on those who love him and obey his commands.” (Deuteronomy 7:9)

1370. Promise: He silences your accusers.

“No weapon turned against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you.” (Isaiah 54:17)
