Promise 1026-1030

1026. Promise: God defends those who fear Him and hope in His mercy.

“The Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love.” (Psalm 33:18)

1027. Promise: God gives liberty where His Spirit reigns.

“For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” (2 Corinthians 3:17)

1028. Promise: God gives strength to face giants and trials.

“Be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid… For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)

1029. Promise: The Lord gives victory by His pow- er, not by human strength.

“It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord.” (Zechariah 4:6)

1030. Promise: He lifts up those who fall and gives them strength.

“The Lord helps the fallen and lifts those bent beneath their loads.” (Psalm 145:14)
