Day 6 Believe in Favor

Believe in Favor

Scripture:

“So then, prepare your hearts and minds for action! Stay alert and fix your hope firmly on the marvelous grace that is coming to you.” —1 Peter 1:13 (TPT)

Devotional Thought:

“Favor is not activated by what you need, but by what you believe.” —Dr. Daniel LeBlanc

You may have great needs in your life right now, but it’s not need that moves Heaven—it’s belief. All of God’s blessings, including His favor, are accessed by faith. If you want to walk in the fullness of favor, you must first believe it’s available to you. 1 Peter 1:13 challenges us to “fix our hope firmly on the marvelous grace that is coming to us.” The word “grace” here is rich with meaning—it includes God’s undeserved favor. Peter is saying, Get your mind right, get your heart ready, and expect favor to show up. You can’t walk in favor passively. You must prepare for it, speak it, and believe for it. That’s when you begin to experience doors opening, hearts turning, opportunities aligning, and outcomes shifting in your favor. Favor is not activated by what you need, but by what you believe. You may need promotion, breakthrough, healing, or restoration—but it’s your faith in God’s favor that releases the supernatural flow, not the urgency of your situation. Today is the day to stir your expectation. Don’t just hope for favor—believe it’s hunting you down.

Reflection:

• Have I been focused more on my needs than my belief in God’s favor?

• What would change if I expected favor to meet every need?

Declaration:

I decree that I believe in the favor of God. I fix my hope firmly on His grace. I do not live by need—I live by faith. I expect God’s favor to surround me, open doors for me, and supply every need according to His riches in glory.

Prayer:

Father, thank You that favor flows not from my need, but from my faith. Today, I align my heart with Your Word. I prepare my mind for action. I fix my hope on the supernatural grace and favor You’ve promised me. Let favor be released in every area of my life as I choose to believe. In Jesus’ name, amen.
